It was opposite the sea, near to the north pier and quiet. The breakfasts every morning were accommodating to your requests and service with a smile.

Breakfast was amazing i could not fault it I would stay again but dont really have holidays normally in blackpool but if i did i would definaly stay again Went above and beyond Always checking if there guests was ok Very reassuring they was overall i could not fault it

I found the room was a bit drought with cold from window but other than that it was outstanding

The restaurant is well appointed, clean and set out beautifully. The China and cutlery looked new. The breakfast was excellent, full breakfast with many additional items that could be added free of charge. Nothing was wanting

My room was small, literally just enough room for a double bed and the bathroom clean but basically with a few of the items broken, eg. broken fittings for a shelf that had subsequently gone missing.

I spent 3 nights here very clean and tidy hotel i was met by the owner who was very friendly and carried my suitcase up the stairs for me my room was clean and tidy had towels and there was good size tv kettle with tea and coffee my bed was so comfy slept like a log the breakfast was also good with extra items you could have so this hotel was very good ill be definitely staying here again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
