Stayed for two nights, room was spotless..hats off to the lovely lady who was the cleaner on the ground floor who we saw on check in and check out of room 103...beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The air con itself was worth the nightly fee in the hot weather we experienced. The views around are spectacular. Great location to the M5 and there was a 24 hour londis next door.

The dressing table mirror had no plugs near it, so had to unplug the kettle and stretch the wire for my straighteners from the plug, take it from that socket, stretch it behind the tv to where the dressing table was. There are other plugs in the room but then you can't see what your doing...asked for a restock of coffee/sugar and milk and were met with raised eyebrows...when I asked for a certain amount, even when explaining it would only allow for 2 cups each that evening and 2 each on the morning we were leaving (they're small cups) The corridor to the room did smell of cigarettes slightly, and carpets would do well with a clean to freshen it up. Bathwater was warm, not hot...but adequate.

Bed was very comfy with good pillows and the shower was very powerful which is lovely.

Can't say we had any dislikes.

Fox and Goose is just half a mile off the M5 perfect for breaking a long journey. The staff are helpful polite and efficient, the rooms are large modern and spotless as our the en-suites with great shower gel. Attention to detail around the bar and restaurant with interesting little displays and pictures hung around. Very comfy bed , good black out curtains, no noise and a peaceful nights sleep. Good car parking. Great food, I had the Fox scotch egg and a very good quality steak. At £73 a night I would give the Fox and Goose 11/10.

Lovely room, lovely pub good food, perfect location, near motorway j22, easy to burnham, brean and Weston-super-Mare.

Every thing was very good as always.

The only down size was that the bed was to high. Very comfy but to9 high.
