It was in bad condition, everything was broken. The only good point was the lady working there.
It was wasn’t to the standard,no light in toilet, no drinking water ,smell of sewer in passage, overall we where not happy with this place, we would not recommend to anybody.

everything was disgraceful I am so disappointed that e-bookers could possibly put this terrible property on their list. The picture on website is so deceiving I had to leave the minute I was shown the room climbing 2 flights of stairs with the most horrible dirty carpets, their were carpet moths in the room curtains were hanging off the rails what was supposed to be en-suite was a cupboard with a dirty plastic shower and disgusting toilet we arrived at 10 in the evening we had to look for alterative accommodation which cost us even more I will be looking for reimbursement for both costs. I would be so embarrassed to even say that I actually booked this place. I would advise E-bookers to remove this property from their website. Its disgusting how it can even be listed as somewhere you could stay for a break is beyond me. REMOVE IT ITS A DISGRACE TO ANY TOURISTS COMING TO ENGLAND
I am sure when I booked on line it said there were 2 singles beds and a pull out bed which was what we required as we had a baby of 5 months. I wouldn't have booked otherwise. When we got there we had just 2 single beds. The gentleman gave use a new duvet to put on the floor for the baby. The bathroom facilities were a bit tired. The room was cramped. There wasn't much room between the bed and the wall as you went into the room. It was more a single room than a double. They were very helpful regarding parking.

It looks very cheap and old inside, the room is nothing like the pictures, forniture very old and ugly and you can see that it hasn't been taken care off. I went there to clear my mind and do some writing but I left in like 2h.
Very run down accommodation in all aspects
Check in was terrible and no apology given. We checked in very tired and wanting to get in the room and I was asked for id, showed a card and was told it had to be photo id as per terms of the booking. I said there was no mention of this anywhere and showed the booking email which was examined at length. I explained I had prepaid and just wanted to check in as at this point I thought I was not going to be able to and I was concerned as the booking was non refundable. We were allowed to check in but no apology. The room was fine apart from the peeling wallpaper on one wall. Next day I was sat on the bed getting ready to check out when a key turns in the lock and a guy comes in the room, says sorry and aaks if I am checking out. Bearing in mind the stay was for myself and a child. Thankfully I was dressed. He did help me with my luggage down tbe stairs. Overall though asour taste to our stay.
