Excellent clean room super comfy bed great sea view great fresh cooked full breakfast.

A little closer to main areas but not a deal breaker would happy stay again

Excellent all round, great location. Easy on street parking which is unlimited and free. Great room with a sea view. Comfortable bed and spotless room. Perfect breakfast with local produce .. great hosts .. who could ask for more. 5* Highly recommended.

Great hosts,great breakfast, room clean and view amazing Great value. Beach across the road. Easy to travel around by train or bus to lake district. Come and go as you please. Will definitely return.

Couldn't fault anything.

Breakfast was excellent, full english and cereal every morning. The food was always piping hot and the plates were warmed. The Breakfast room was very clean and well maintained. Our room was spotless and well maintained, everything worked there were no problems with it. The view was great. The shower was hot and the loo, extractor fan everything worked properly. The whole place was spotless and a credit to the owners. Carl and Viv were wonderful hosts, very friendly and informative. If you wanted to go somewhere or do something they would advise on the best way to go about it.

Unfortunately the stairs were the only downside, if you were someone who is not so mobile they were steep and could pose a problem. There is no lift.

Kind and friendly hosts. The room was comfortable and very clean with a great sea view. Breakfast was very good with a large choice on the menu. Plenty of on street parking and a lovely walk along the promenade to the areas of interest.
