Room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, appreciated microwave and fridge since we got snowed in.

Chairs could have been more comfortable. Our last night someone in room above us walked back and forth forever and floor creaks horrible. I don’t believe hotel was fully booked. Would be better to alternate rooms when possible since you know there is that problem

Like the decor and the place was very clean.

I’m big on hospitality and I was totally shocked when I noticed that the staff wasn’t friendly at all. Didn’t greet me at all when I reached the front desk and there was a gentlemen sweeping the rug at the back door and he didn’t greet me at all or welcomed me to the Castle. It’s like you’re not even there. Something that needs some work for sure.
