"Conveniently located close to the town with an excellent mediterranean restaurant close by. Suited our purpose as a base"

Clean and comfortable accommodation with well-appointed rooms. Friendly staff made us feel welcome. Well kept gardens made for a picturesque setting which included the benefit of off-road parking.

Nothing negative stood out for us during our stay.

Beautiful property, comfortable, well equipped room with lots of extras. Excellent breakfast options. Very friendly host. Great value for money.

Booking.com says the room has a bath but it didn’t.

The owner was friendly and helpful

Very noisy on a main road. Bed not that comfortable. Eggs at breakfast and croissants were tasteless. The photos on bookings.com show a dining room with pictures of food. In fact you can't get dinner unless you give 48 hours notice. This is really a B&B not a hotel. The pictures are misleading.

Nice small and quiet. Very easy to find with easy parking. Near to everything in Axninster. Breakfast nice. All staff friendly and welcoming. Very nice breakfast and coffee
