God morgenmad.

Room was excellent. Vary large, with Kingsize bed, and a separate seating area. We chose a room with a balcony, and although noisy from traffic (we knew this situation) it was lovely to have the opportunity to sit outside, or just have the balcony doors open to let in fresh air, especially as it was rather warm. Breakfast was well cooked, and there was a very nicely prepared fresh fruit salad with yogurt . There perhaps could have been a little more choice of cereals and maybe individual flavoured yogurts to choose from.

The housekeeping could have been a bit better. We had to ask for clean towels after a couple of days, and once the old towels were left, and one day the bin wasn't emptied. Also, as we were there for 6 nights, it would have been good to have the floor hoovered a couple of times during the stay. If the housekeeping was better managed, then we would consider staying again, as staff and owner were overall helpful and friendly.

Friendly,polite and helpful staff, spacious room,exceptionally clean, comfortable bed , good shower. Great location ,beach less than five minutes walk,15 minutes to central Eastbourne, half an hour walk from the sovereign harbour. Great base to explore from.

Excellent location very friendly hosts

Our room was nice and spacious and very clean.Nice view of the sea. Facilities in the room were what you'd expect. Staff friendly and accommodating.

The serving of breakfast could have done with a womens touch. Not laid out very nice. It was a bit unprofessional. No teaspoons on the saucer for a cup of tea/coffee. Ordered breakfast and was brought something completely different, which, to be honest, was very nice.

We were really looked after well by the staff here and in fact, they were wonderful. The rooms, particularly those with a balcony that face the promenade, are really good, quiet and clean. It is just over a kilometres to the main part of town and railway station but there is a bus that departs very regularly across the road for a pound. We would stay here again. Also, while we didn't have a car, other guests told us having a car park at the rear is a real benefit over other accomodation,

Not too much, the breakfast room could have had a better atmosphere if they had some music playing!

I mostly liked how accommodating they were regards parking, and how willing they were to help
