No disability assistance. Had to go up and down step to get to handicap parking spot. The entire time I was checking in, the front desk individual acted and treated me like I was an inconvenience; very rude and disrespectful. The worst part is they took extra $100 from my checking account. Said i would get it back when I checked out. I was told by the front desk person this morning that it could be 5 to 7 business days. Now I am stuck here in Lakeland with no where to go, no money, and very upset. As it stands right now, I will have to sleep in my car somewhere here while waiting for my stolen funds to be returned. I will NEVER make this mistake again. I want my money back. I want to go home.

Very good location close to the highway, shopping, food and what I believe is the historic district. Excellent value for a single person staying for one night. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The grounds and rooms are clean and well maintained.

Getting into and out of the parking lot was not the easiest.
