Great hotel, room was spotless. The owners are lovely too they can’t do enough for you. Great location walking distance to centre, Tower & Winter Gardens.

This was a property central to everything we needed at the weekend we came for my daughters dance competition

The owners were so so lovely and welcoming. My daughter loved Muffin. Nearby to the tower and the winter gardens where we were going to.

The property is a traditional Blackpool b&b and the hosts Angie and Vince are lovely friendly hosts. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we were not expecting a small fridge, ironing board and iron and extra heater and a fan, all being lovely extra touches. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean and had fully stocked shampoo/conditioner and body wash, also soap and plenty of toilet roll and lovey fluffy white towels. We only stayed for 2 nights and Angie cleaned our room from top to bottom after the first night which was so appreciated because of the nature of our stay we were pushed for time which also meant we didn’t have time to try what smelt and looked like a lovely breakfast. My son has already booked to return in a couple of weeks and tbh only unavailability would stop us from returning every time we are back in Blackpool. So thank you and we’ll see you soon

Very warm and welcoming hotel and owners. Facilities were spot on.

Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel, un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, une propreté exceptionnel de l'établissement, une petit déjeuner de qualité. L'hôtel est très calme et bien situé prochaine des commerces et de la mer.
