The staff were friendly and helpful.

Kids were playing near the room and it was annoying .

The location views good and clean hotel

Family room was very small toilet didn’t flush properly shower pressure not good for showers not very comfy bed or pillows

The staff are absolutely the stars of this hotel and genuinely went above and beyond for us. Due to a boiler leak at home (and then asbestos being found during the works 😩), we unexpectedly ended up basically living here for 9 days — despite only living 5 minutes away, which probably made us look very odd! 😂 We never knew how long we’d need to stay as everything depended on the work being completed, but the hotel made a stressful situation so much easier. The team were incredibly accommodating, extending our stay whenever we needed and kindly keeping us in the same room throughout, which made such a difference when life already felt unsettled. From filling my Stanley with ice and water before work (I’m embarrassingly fussy and only drink ice-cold water 😂), to letting us use the microwave for quick dinners before dance class, extra towels, and always being warm, welcoming and helpful — nothing ever felt too much trouble. When a hotel unexpectedly becomes your home for over a week, the people make all the difference, and the staff here truly did. We’re so grateful and, strangely, will genuinely miss our little “home from home” ❤️

The clever design on the bathroom door! But the hotel was soul less.

It lacked any style or positive atmosphere. The breakfast was unimaginative, the fruit looked tinned and the fresh fruit was old. The coffee was the best thing!
