Not very family friendly. Staff not very happy that the kids were playing. Also, we were woken up at 8am by housekeeping entering our room.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel a great deal ! Room was spacious with all extras we needed.Everything functioned ok. Great view from our window. Bed very comfortable and we both had good night sleeps. Shower was fine too. With regards to Breakfast great selection, something for all tastes. Large car park so no problems with parking. Well positioned for visiting local attractions also only a few minutes away from Hotel down to Leeds and Liverpool canal for a nice walk !! Staff were fantastic so helpful couldn't fault them. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended to all.
