My room wasnโ€™t ready when i got there. They offered me complimentary breakfast to my sister, my husband and my family. It wasnโ€™t a problem since thereโ€™s restaurant near by so we went to eat first. We loved our morning breakfast. This is my second time going to this hotel and i loved it!

"Next level customer service experience"

I travel frequently for work (about 80 nights a year) and I have yet to have a better customer service experience at a hotel. Scott, Lacy, Keisha, Kelsey, and Lynn were so amazing. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely sought to provide excellent customer service. Iโ€™ll be back next month.
