Location, breakfast, the staff, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. The size of the room and most importantly how clean it is. This place has everything you need as far as necessities and more.

I don’t have anything that I could say I didn’t like. Only bad thing to say would be leaving.

Great mattress and pillows! Such a food night’s sleep. 15 minute walk to Capitola proper.

Coffee was horrible in the room and not much better at breakfast. An espresso machine or just some better coffee in the lobby would go a long ways.
