"When we stay at the Quality Inn & Suites in Capitola it's always comfortable."

Room was clean. The bed was comfortable The breakfast food was good,

The refrigerator in the room was very loud. We unplugged it in order to sleep. We plugged it back in before we left. Thru out the night there was a loud noise from what sounded like coming from the roof area, that was annoying.

Location

The toddler child in the next room running through the room, at 7 am, and slamming sliding glass door. Parents were very disrespectful in these situations. Not the properties fault but the parents.
