The wash cloths and towels were very dingy and stiff. When the wash clothes got wet they were dark and stained.

Booking.com didn’t set up my reservation with motel. They ended up giving me a room with two queens instead of what I paid for in advance

Booking.com to follow through, ended up in quite a pickle when we arrived

Rooms were clean and comfortable

Breaking was awful. No not good. And a lot of people fighting over dry cereal, spoiled milk and a waffle maker that took 10 minutes to make a waffle. Horrible breakfast. Best western and holiday inn makes the breakfast at Quality Inn look like it should be in the trash.
