We really like the location and the view from our balcony which looked the port of Patitiri. Really nicely designed rooms, especially we liked a roof fan in our room that saved us from the heat and we didn’t have to use the air conditioner we don’t prefer in general. Very clean, very polite and professional staff

The wi-if was a lit slow and unstable

I highly recommend it for sort or long stay. Great location and amazing service. Will be booking again for next time holidays in Greece

The property is located 20 minutes from the main town of Volos. You can park your car on the side of the main road but you will need to climb with the luggage up to mansion (which is not far away but the path is quite abrupt). The staff is very friendly, ready to help you. Breakfast is mostly home made and you can enjoy it from the balcony where the view is superb. The room was typical from the region, nice and clean.

No WiFi was available in the room but it was kindly explained that there was a technical problem.

Fiat of all - amazing view. The place is so neat, cozy and interesting. The staff is very polite and they offered us a great breakfast. Nearby you can park your car and you need it in order to go have lunch/dinner. I highly recommend this place for everyone who want to feel the atmosphere of this small town and the amazing view.
