The location was okay with views of the shoreline but no practical access to the beach and the surrounding facilities were also a bit basic

The hotel was very clean. In a lovely location and the staff were very friendly. Close to m9del railway and a short walk to the venicular that takes uou to the beach.pp perfect if you want a few days doing nothing

The queues for entry to the dining room. The hotel itself is dated. It's a hotel for the more senior guest. Would not recommend for families.

When we arrived there was no staff to check us in we had to wait until someone turned up me and my husband both have bad backs and we had to climb 2 flights of stairs we won’t be going back there

Excellent location. Sea view rooms with balconies are worth the upgrade. Good choice of breakfast and evening meal. Friendly staff.

Our room was very nice, with a balcony. lovely step in shower. The staff were always very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Meals were self service, lovely food, carvery every day. All running like clockwork.
