The Harbour

Lovely room with a view of the harbour. Staff was super kind. Highly recommend this place for a short stay.

Tho is the most friendly hotel I have ever been to ! And I have been to many . The owners are just incredible! Very accommodating ! Helped me get checked in and took us straight to the room . because I’m disabled . The family room is so spacious! Very clean , comfy bed ! And the best view from the balcony looking straight onto the harbor. I will definitely be back. The location is perfect you couldn’t be closer to the beach ! Great value , very friendly atmosphere

We were having a walkabout in Newquay on our first visit and by chance came across this beautiful hotel and restaurant. We went in for a quick light lunch but stayed for three hours, sitting in the sun on the sheltered terrace, eating delicious food and chatting with the owners. It's a real hidden gem. We'll be back as soon as we can to stay a few days and sample all the goodies Aaron creates in the kitchen. A memorable first visit, but certainly not our last.

The location and view was good.

The shower had virtually no pressure and the water was tepid at best. I waited ages and it just wasn’t hot. Tried again in morning and still the same so tepid shower it was, I was freezing. The room was cold and the radiator seldom warmed up. The portable heater was the only thing saving me from being absolutely freezing. The furniture and wardrobe were very old and battered. The restaurant downstairs was noisy and you could hear the hand dryer in the toilets below everytime someone used it. The phone number on booking.com doesn’t work either so when we arrived, we were standing around for almost half an hour trying to contact someone to let us in.

Fantastic location and great atmosphere around the hotel.

Parking was OK however can imagine summer months a bit more difficult however there are at least two car parks nearby.

Everything and everyone was very nice well enjoyed the time staying there 😀

Had an excellent stay. A glass of wine on the balcony of our room, watching the tide come in, was just wonderful after a long day’s walking. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet too. Located in a lovely part of Newquay with plenty of places to eat nearby. The friendly welcome at check in could not have been more pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.

Parking can be difficult, but the staff will do their best.

Excellent place with beautiful sea views, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway for couples

Doesnt have a proper car park but it is not an issue at all
