A great nights stay fantastically located for the ferry service and plane pick-up for Isles of Scilly, Easy parking at the harbour not far away. On edge of main town, so easy to get in to wander shops and gardens and seafront, but quiet overnight. All the staff team were friendly. Lovely breakfast freshly cooked.

Very old rooms, especially bathroom needs a renovation. Not worth the price

The location was just perfect, 2 minutes away from the train station, the city center and the seafront. They provided us a cot when we asked for one, and stored our luggage. The breakfast was very good.

The room was a bit old and could have been bigger. There was some noise coming the pub downstairs, but it stopped around 10-11pm so it did not bother us much.

The friendliness of staff. The great breakfast. Location very close to train and bus station. Comfy room.

The evening meals, average quality and choice, over priced.
