"Buena: podría haber sido mejor incluyendo mas servicio de limpieza"

El personal era muy amable y atento. Nuestra estadía incluía desayuno y nos parecía muy variado y rico. Todas las veces que necesitamos algun insumo (toallas o papel) el personal se mostro muy cercano.

Si el día estaba nublado o lluvioso, se siente mucha humedad en la habitación. El servicio de limpieza no era frecuente ni profundo. Solo limpiaban con superficialidad. Estaría bueno que mejoren este aspecto. Es dificil elevar el puntaje cuando es un hotel cercano a la playa y no hay limpieza ni orden con regularidad. Siempre hay arena y eso es inevitable que este por todos lados.

Mooi en groot zwembad. Prijs/kwaliteit ontbijtbuffet was goed. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We hadden een fijne vakantie in Ancora Sunplace.
