A free shuttle bus is available between JR Ibusuki Station to Ibusuki Hakusuikan during the following times: From Ibusuki Hakusuikan to JR Ibusuki Station at10:10, From JR Ibusuki Station to Ibusuki Hakusuikan at 15:15(JR Ibusuki Station West Exit) The indoor hot-spring bath is available from 05:30-09:30 and 15:00-24:00. The Sunamushi Sand Bath is available from 06:00-08:30 and 15:30-22:00. As of 01 April 2020, this property will become a nonsmoking property. A designated smoking area will be available.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"是個適合放鬆吃喝泡溫泉"

1.指宿的景點都很分散，如果不是自駕，搭乘大眾運輸很難逛幾個，雖然感覺蠻適合騎單車，但沒有看到在推廣。 2.白水館是薩摩藩有名的旅館，館區範圍很大，有2個溫泉區、1岩盤浴，付費沙浴溫泉體驗，也有一個戶外泳池(入住時間天氣還很冷沒有開放)。戶外區松樹造景很有意境，沿館區散步看海，也可以走入旁邊臨海步道。基本上，住進這就是放鬆吃喝泡溫泉。 3.從旅館到指宿車站搭計程車大約5分鐘車程，跳表不到900日幣，館方接送車只有去程15:15一班，離程9:30、10:10二班。如果搭配不上可以搭計程車。 4.館內的"薩摩傳承館"很值得付費一看，晚上拍建築物很美。 5.想要體驗燒酌，強力推薦旅館下午4點到6點的免費體驗。

花の棟オーシャンビュー、きれいな管理の行き届いたお庭良かった。当日はあいにく天気が悪く外を歩くことができなかったので、屋内で楽しめる、砂風呂や、多様なお風呂を楽しみました。海沿いのガジュマルの木が印象的でした

"初鹿児島旅初日"

部屋は、古い棟だと思いましたが、広くて過ごしやすかったです。 大浴場が2ヶ所あるのは、良いですし、砂蒸し風呂も快適でよかったですが、広い館内の移動は、階段等少しきつかったです。夕食は、とても美味しくて大満足です。

"Beautiful getaway."

The grounds were incredibly beautiful. I felt like I was in Hawaii! (Except it was a bit colder.) The views from our room were amazing. We loved the onsen, especially the large onsen. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and functional.

We didn't have the opportunity to try the Italian restaurant, which was only open on the weekend for us. No lunch service on weekdays. It was just "full Japanese" breakfast and dinner on both days. We went offsite for lunch, a 15 minute walk.
