Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jackson, TN

Not much. Location was good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is dated, the outside seating broken chair, the rooms were dark, lights didn’t work in every room.

It was conveniently located. The staff was amazing. It’s a good deal for the price.

It was showing its age. The window AC kicked on and off all night. The beds weren’t comfortable.

Desk clerk was friendly and put us on floor 3 where she said it would be quieter. The door wasn't closed when we arrived there, no idea why not. The bathroom doesn't have any towel bars and the toilet doesn't have a lid so there is nowhere near the shower to set a towel. The only shelf is below the sink. The sink doesn't have a stopper so take care not to drop anything in. There is a nonslip mat in the bathtub and underneath and around the edges is black with mildew/mold. Shampoo was empty, used body wash on my hair and it was ok so maybe the body wash was a combo hair and body. The lighting is dim. That all said, the bathroom really needs some cleaning and work however the main room was comfortable enough with a small fridge (in a cabinet that needed spills/drips washed off) and a single cup water heater/coffee maker. It has a mirror but no outlets or lights nearby. The breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent. We were driving through and didn't want to stay in a busy city so this Jackson hotel served its purpose. There are stores and restaurants all within a mile or two.

It has easy access to where I need to go.

Well all is well , I just kind wish that the buffet had at least one gluten free item for people with celiac disease or gluten issues. That is something I noticed , would be great if your breakfast buffet had a gluten free bread or waffle mix gluten free non enriched

This is a good affordable option if you need a comfortable bed and breakfast in Jackson. The staff was very nice. Breakfast included cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, etc. It was all we needed for the night.

The toilet bowl had a black line at water level. It didn't look like it had cleaned in a while. The rest of the toilet was clean.

The staff were great and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed multiple nights and could have used a bit more variety with the breakfast. We needed the handicap space due to my elderly parents but the spots were take several times by vehicles that obviously didn’t need the spot and were not handicapped.
