"It was awful"

Nothing at all

The T.V. Didn’t work, the bathroom was dirty, the tub was dirty and stained, there wasn’t a shower curtain, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was extra and it wasn’t explained to me that it would be an extra cost for the nasty unflavored food. This was my first time and my last time staying at this hotel.

"It's my place to stay when I come to Shreveport."

The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The gym was very nice. The Happy Hour was very nice. Lobby was inviting.

"Worst hotel ever"

Nothing

Rooms are dirty , very noisy, the cleaners left my door open (as it’s bit tricky to close the door as they get stuck and you need to push), worst service

"Lacking"

The room was spacious

The ceiling fan extra dusty. Staff not the most welcoming and lacked knowledge in a prpperty credit we had but unable to use. Didn't answer the front desk phone when attempting to request my late check out. Breakfast 18 dollars but severely lacking. Location was iffy and bed wasnt extremely comfortable.
