Lovely room overlooking the park. Danny and Jasmine were great hosts. The breakfast was excellent. Parking on the street was a real bonus and bus stops to get you into the city and Portobello beat only 15 minutes away.

The room was spotless and very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating and has thought of everything to create an enjoyable guesthouse experience. We had the breakfast on our 2nd morning; it was cooked to order and delicious with plenty of options. The location was ideal for visiting my son in Leith and an easy tram/bus ride into the centre of Edinburgh.

My room had a private bathroom just down the hall, which was very close and didn’t cause any inconvenience. The room came with a bathrobe, a nice tea corner, and other essentials. It was clean and tidied daily. Would recommend!
