Everything was awesome. Danny and his wife are amazing hosts. We felt ourselves at home. The small guest house is located 12 minutes by bus from the railway station. The bus stop is just in front of the guest house. The tram stop to the airport is located 7 minutes by walk. The way to the airport by tram takes roughly 50 minutes. The area around is perfectly safe, with a lot of restaurants and pubs. The room was clean, and I obtained everything needed (towels, a kettle with free tea, coffee, cacao, and cookies, hairdryer). Everything was perfectly clean. The guest house proposes a traditional scotch breakfast for a very reasonable price. Danny also gave us some valuable recommendations regarding the tourist attractions in Edinburgh.

l'accueil sympathique, résidence bien placé dans un quartier tranquille. Arrêt de bus juste à côté et très pratique pour se rendre dans le centre ville. Parking gratuit dans la rue. lit confortable. Petit déjeuner correct.

la salle de bain trop étroite, la décoration vieillotte, le prix un peu élevé.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten und es auch an Freunde weiter empfehlen.

Breakfast was excellent and had everything you could expect. There is free parking on the street / streets adjacent to the property. The property was warm and very clean and well appointed with tea making facilities and a smart TV. The hosts were friendly and keen to ensure you are happy with their facility.

Great twin room overlooking lovely park with ensuite toilet and excellent shower. Spotlessly clean with delicious well cooked breakfast and lovely friendly helpful staff.

Very clean , quiet , parking ,safe . They do clean your room as well

Just a small thing the water pressure seems bit low and the heating at night time is not that too warm . But I have comfortable I would definitely recommend
