Great location and easy to walk into city centre and attractions. Room could easily accomodate a family of 4. The owner has helpful and provided assitance when needed.

Advertised as a bed and breakfast, but no breakfast offered! Room was hot with no fan provided. Shower could do with repair as was difficult to shower properly.

Quiet and clean. In city center.

Can’t go to garden from inside property. I should go from outside. Too small toilet. no fan in the toilet room 1&5. Suddenly, the heater turn off and the room so cold. I told the reception but she said nothing I can do. No car park. Very small fridge. I can’t use it for even milk or water but it was fit for my son medicine.

The room was very clean and the garden is beautiful i liked the shower and the owner was very friendly and had a cute dog she brought some fresh milk it is a 5mins walk into town

Poor communication from owner, wanted £10 per person just to drop bags off (not actually use room) Still waiting for invoice We had to cancel our stay due to a family emergency, our room was re advertised at a higher price before we even cancelled with booking.com yet we couldn’t have a refund (we did understand this but to sell the room twice is a bit unfair)
