Lovely place to stay, very comfortable rooms, everyone so friendly and a great breakfast

Lovely property and close to centre, easy walk in to centre. Lovely host Corinne with I must say the most beautiful eyes 👍. But seriously very attentive lady and confident and professional , made us very welcome. Lovely room and lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if in that area. Great B&B great breakfast friendly and helpful staff

We received a very warm greeting on arrival. The accommodation was perfect (with parking outside) and the little touches of mini wines in the fridge, chocolate and crisps were very welcome! The bed (in room 14) was a 5 foot king size, and for us was very comfortable (medium/soft) but some may prefer a firmer mattress. All personal preference! It can’t be criticised! If there’s one thing I would add, it would be robes, as at this price point it would definitely warrant it - but I certainly wouldn’t not stay here just because of that! The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. A five minute amble takes you to the village “centre”, so very convenient location. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Enjoyed our stay here close to the shops and the village centre. The double room was quite small and there was a lack of hooks/pegs in the bathroom but overall cleanliness was very good. Corinne is an excellent host and very helpful with anything you need to know.

Excellent few nights stay in March. Lovely staff, excellent location & great gluten free breakfast. Highly recommend.

Great place in beautiful location. Stayed here with friends for Cheltenham Festival. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great. Would definitely recommend it.

A lovely overnight stay. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room was nicely decorated and very clean. Very short walk into the beautiful Bourton on the Water. Great breakfast- both the full English and Eggs Royale were cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend.
