Absolut sauber, gemütlich und sehr schön. Auch der Aufenthaltsraum ist liebevoll gestaltet. Tolle Lage. Der Storageroom für die Koffer war am Tag der Abreise leicht zu finden, ganz in der Nähe und unkompliziert zu bedienen.

Die Kissen sind leider zu hart. Da es mehrere sind, wäre es fein, wenn eines davon wenige gefüllt und weicher wäre. Für mich war das Fehlen eines Liftes kein Problem. Bei der Ankunft wurden unsere Koffer hinaufgetragen. Für ältere Menschen könnte es ev beschwerlich sein.

The room was spacious, and in particular, the bathroom was nice with a seating space.

There was no lift or reception for general services. I was informed of these inportant facts only on the day of arrival. Had I known I wouldn't have chosen this accommodation. We decided to book another hotel for the remaining days in Edinburgh although I had already paid the full fees because it was too much for us to go up and down the stairs for the 3rd floor room, let alone carrying the luggage. The TV remote controller had no battery inside but we couldn't even complain as the office was closed when we realised the problem.

3 verschillende codes voor de locatie. Voordeur, kamer deur en gescheiden privé badkamer. Niet handig dat kan makkelijker denken we. De codes staan in het vele mailverkeer wat je ontvangt dus je moet enorm zoeken.

The location of the property was great. Clean and quiet. Nice attention to detail.

The shower ran either cold or hot no in between it made every day washing interesting.

Posizione. Grandezza della stanza, materassi molto comodi

Era stato richiesto in fase di prenotazione, circa tre mesi prima, che la stanza fosse al massimo al secondo piano, la richiesta era stata accettata via mail. All’arrivo è stata assegnata una stanza ad un piano superiore raggiungibile mediante una scala a chiocciola troppo ripida e pericolosa. Lo staff è rimasto indifferente alla nostra lamentela. Una sera al nostro rientro abbiamo trovato le chiavi inserite , probabilmente dimenticate dallo staff dopo le pulizie, con il rischio che qualche altro ospite potesse entrare nella stanza in nostra assenza.
