Everything. Jean the host, the location, the homely feeling, the cleanliness, the breakfast.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Hotel services were good. Room comfortable, breakfast adequate, staff helpful.

Car parking was a nightmare. Insufficient spaces at hotel, no spaces in small town car park, no parking on street, only option long stay car park with difficult overnight payment (resulting in £100 penalty!). Better out-of-town options are available.

Room and breakfast were of a high standard and owner was very kind and informative

Due to some disability it was an effort to get to our room (3 flights) In description of property it was not mentioned that being a very old and listed property it is not possible for a lift to be fitted and our room was on top floor. However, room was very clean and comfortable and if stairs are not a problem would highly recommend the venue.

It's in a very convenient location. The owner is friendly and helpful. The property is spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

The room was lovely . Parking space . Great location to explore Tewksbury. Delicious breakfast
