There was an issue with us getting into our room twice but the staff were very helpful in sorting it out.

We were left wanting at breakfast. The selection of food was good but the quality was not great. We also organised a late checkout at an agreed time, about an hour before this we got a call to say we should have checked out already.

Breakfast was okay. It included most of the standard breakfast options, although the selection was not very extensive. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy.

After checking out, we asked the reception to arrange a taxi to the airport. The receptionist kindly informed us of the last digits of the vehicle’s licence plate and the approximate waiting time after booking the car for us. When the car arrived, we got in without paying much attention, as it appeared to be a private vehicle rather than a standard taxi, and we therefore did not confirm the fare in advance. However, upon arriving at the airport, we discovered that the driver had taken us directly to the T4 drop-off area for convenience and then charged us an unreasonable fare significantly higher than a normal taxi rate. This experience made us feel that the hotel’s transportation arrangement service was quite unprofessional.
