Staff and the breakfast

The Air con was not very effective

Riverside location. Very quiet but near the city. Very well presented hotel. Made use of the pool and sauna. Very nice.

The food menu needs updating. But there are lots of restaurants nearby.

Location cleanliness staff service all were excellent

There was nothing to dislike

very comfortable bed, great pool and gym facilities. excellent breakfast. very good location. Hydration points - good idea.

as with many hotels - the rooms are too hot at night. The air con wouldn't respond when I lowered the thermostat settings,

Comfortable, spotlessly clean , nice breakfast.

Was asked if we wanted to upgrade to a superior room for £10 so said yes then realised we already booked a superior room so queried it and the staff member said you can see the river now .So I paid £10 to look out the window to see the river .I believe she should have made that clear as I believed it was gonna be a better room .
