"Amazing and wonderful"

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. What really made the experience exceptional was the professionalism of the staff, especially Salah at the reception. He was extremely professional, respectful, helpful, and handled everything smoothly from check-in to any assistance needed during the stay. His attitude and hospitality truly made a difference and reflected very positively on the hotel. Staff members like Salah are a real asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

"Luxurious comfort"

The concierge services are very good. Especially Mr. Adel supported us a lot for our transportation, arrival, and departure etc.

Tap of Bath tab didn’t work properly so that we could not take bath.

Excellent experience with everyone spa with Amel and Fatima , breakfast with molka, saif Riahi ,jied and all the staff , concierge chief and team Adel and Bachir , reception Haifa and Ghofrane . It was really excellent service and quality experience thanks to all the staff .
