This was a late booking. We were made very welcome, and had a very comfortable stay. The room was nice, light and airy, and suited us very well. The breakfast was delicious and there was a very good choice available each day. Anthony and Pauline were able to give us good advice about the local area and facilities.

Quite a beautiful B&B with fine decoration and excellent amenities. You are quickly made to feel at home thanks to the warm welcome of the owners and the delicious breakfast cooked by Pauline every morning. A great many thanks to Pauline and Anthony. Not only do I highly recommend the Court Prior but I look forward to going back!

"Excellent hosts"

The hosts, Anthony and Pauline, made us feel very welcome. We particularly liked having a separate lounge area within the room. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully cooked. The cat in the garden was a welcome sight.

The shower was underpowered. The mattress was rather on the soft side.

Anthony and Pauline were excellent hosts.They were very knowledgeable of the area, places to visit and what we're good places to eat.Anthony cooked a lovely breakfast, and there was a lot of choice.

Unfortunately I have a bad back and found the bed uncomfortable ,also the location as it was on top of a hill not to bad going down but terrible coming back up .couldn't take the car as there wasn't anywhere to park ..Had to get a taxi .⁹

"Fantastic Stay"

We stayed in the garden apartment for 4 nights. Absolutely fantastic and ideal for a couple on a short break. Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here and in the locale generally. Pauline and Anthony were great hosts, ensuring all we needed was there. A lovely location - 10 minute walk down to the Harbour and some great restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend a stay here if you’re in the area.
