"Friendly place to stay with great view"

Lovely house in Lynton, with very friendly, relaxed feel and amazing view from our room. Nicola was really welcoming, made great suggestions for walks and food in the area, and made a lovely breakfast (with great vegan options!). Great location too - we were able to leave the car for our whole stay and just walk everywhere.

Only that the drive to Lynton was a bit hairy, but that's not the b&bs fault!

"Welcoming, comfortable and well located."

Nicola was very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and cosy, had everything we could need, and had a lovely view out. The use of a living room was very helpful and we were able to eat our takeaway in there. Great location, everything was easily walkable.

Very well situated and easy to find, parking provided. Lovely clean room, very well furnished, en suite shower, all spotless, everything you could need is provided, great location, good choice of breakfast, Nicola is a lovely, welcoming host, nothing is too much trouble, would recommend and will definitely be back 😀

"A wonderful gem in the heart of Lynton"

Nicola was an exceptional host and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She clearly thrives on providing a first class customer experience, chatting easily to guests yet allowing them their own space as well. We would definitely recommend :)
