Location was great room Was clean and bed comfortable great hosts Our door handle broke and this was fixed straight away and Robby offered us a complimentary breakfast for the trouble which was lovely as he didn’t have to
Shower was temperamental was either boiling or cold Breakfast was nice would be better with hash browns

Great welcome, lovely and clean. Good breakfast , good variety on offer and worth the money.
Found the bed a bit uncomfortable, wooden slated, could have been improved with a deeper mattress.

Within easy walking of the town centre and sea front, quiet area . It was nice to stay somewhere and interact with the owners , some properties you never see them . Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked
Not much parking but Robbie gave up his parking space so I could park in the street

Made very welcome by Robbie. We had a lovely room. Clean and such a comfortable bed. Slept really well.
It would have been nice to have an alternative to cereal, ie yoghurt or fruit. The cooked breakfast was good but felt the quality of the sausages could be improved.
