The Staff are very friendly and very helpful, the room was ready before our arrival, we had a small issue when we arrived, but it was resolved immediately, the room was very very quite and very comfy,

Pillows: only 1 pair of very soft pillows, I like medium pillows, the location is somehow hard, where it's in internal street and not on main street,
