Our experience at Hotel De Ville was really nice from the very first moment. Upon arrival, the team kindly offered us a complimentary room upgrade, such a thoughtful gesture that immediately set the tone for our stay. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed to relax after exploring the city. The staff deserve special praise. Everyone we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. You feel that they truly care about your comfort, and they are always ready to help whether it’s advice on where to go, arranging transportation, or simply making sure you have everything you need. The hotel’s location is also very convenient: close to key areas, but quiet enough to rest well at night. Hotel De Ville combines comfort and that special Lebanese warmth. We felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay and we would gladly return.
