La piscina

El personal de restsurante muy grosero, una ppena, porque en recepción eran bien simpáticos y amables. No volveré por el trato del personal. Está pegado a la carretera, se oyen los coches muchisimo desde la piscina y todo el hotel, no relaja mucho este hecho.

El hotel en general es bueno, sus habitaciones e instalaciones muy limpias. El servicio de Bufet es bueno. El personal es amable.

Qué estaba en mantenimiento la alberca para adultos y no estaba anunciado. Lo que esperar de un Hotel de esta calidad es la honestidad de sus servicios. Yo me hospede en este hotel con la intención de aprovechar la alberca climatizada para adultos, al final me encontré que solo estaba en servicio la de los niños, lo que resulto molesto por el espacio y las personas que estábamos hospedados para una alberca tan pequeña

Tienen un amplio estacionamiento, el personal es muy amigable y las habitaciones son amplias. La ubicación queda perfecta frente a un centro comercial.

Los costos de la comida son muy altos y las habitaciones comparten una puerta de acceso, por lo que se escucha las conversaciones ajenas de las personas de la otra habitación.
