Average hotel but big size rooms

Staff didn’t tell me that they have charged me optional service charge which was huge. I ended up paying a lot more than anticipated.

The location is excellent, just 5 minutes by auto from the railway station. We used a taxi service to visit Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain and various other temple on the way, and our driver, Mr. Babblu, was an excellent guide who made our overall experience very pleasant and enjoyable.

Breakfast spread was good but I missed the dry fruits which is very common these days in all the hotels of this scale . The quality of the food was good . The staff at Citrus were polite and quick to the requisitions .

As I mentioned above , the absence of dry fruits was felt . There were minor issues with the main door of room no 408 . We had to push it to close it . There were some issues in room no 411 also which were attended to by the staff .
