Great location, apartment was fine, slightly old in areas and under maintained. However generally it was fine for the price. Bedrooms are a good size, cupboard space was good and kitchen was well equipped

Easy service. Friendly and helpful staff. Right next to a Metro Station so made travelling a lot easier.

The only 2 things about the property metro was right next to the building and there was a supermarket. The phone didn't work, hallways were smelling bad. Our apartment wasn't cleaned , the carpet had stains everywhere. the personal that checks people in they were great though!!!

Excellent !!! Best ever apart’hotel I’ve stayed at so far, great location with all the amenities close by. Worth recommending and definitely will be back.

Every thing perfact, wifi was bad.

The only good thing is that the metro station is close. But the rest was bad. When you come to your floor, you smell food cooking and it smelled like cigarettes everywhere. Because the key card did not work, the housekeeper came to help me, but he was wasted, he couldnt walk on a straight line. The receptionist didn’t even bother to look at me when speaking to me. They were very rude and didnt seem like they want to work. We reserved two separate rooms, only one was ready, because they didn’t see that we reserved two different rooms. Also, the bathroom was dirty, but the bed sheets were clean. All in all, for this price, the service is bad. I wont come back for sure.

A good amount of space for two adults and two children. But the room was not clean grubby carpets and floor. Cleaning apparently just once per week this was not clear when we booked. Cleaners did not always do a full clean. Failing to clean bathroom or mop kitchen floor which was always sticky. Dishwasher didn’t work and leaked water onto the floor. Extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work either. Conveniently located near a supermarket and metro station with restaurants in close proximity. Reasonably priced if you don’t mind a grubby place to stay b

The floor was sticky when we arrived. Quality of cleaning varied. Basic things not working such as the extractor fan in the windowless bathroom and the plug being blocked. There were times when there was no hot water.

clean & comfortable. only negative is the elevator with the unreliable 5 digit code to get to the room floor; the keypad doesn't display what's already typed; several tries to get floor; when a single digit floor number should have sufficed. friendly staff. Negative: Nearest Paris Velib bike station is quite far, though.

We were there for 5 nights but the room was not cleaned once.
