Staff was very helpful and polite. The booking I made online with Expedia was what I received at the hotel. There was no mix-up. Good experience. Would recommend the hotel to friends who come to visit Jacksonville.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

I was told breakfast was not included in my price even though it said it was on booking.com. Staff fixed it and we were allowed to eat breakfast
