The rooms are as seen in the photos. The views are spectacular and having a pool on site is a bonus. The owner communicated all we needed about access before we arrived overall a good price as also included breakfast

Very welcoming, clean rooms, lovely breakfast ( cereal+ full English [alternative s available on request}). Open access to lounge, games room + swimming pool. Lovely views of Seaton from all round. I stay there again.10/10

Advertised as Twin disabled room with walk in shower room . It was actually 2 rooms , with the breakfast room in-between . Bedroom had 2 single beds ( as required ) with unit between on which there was a TV , but only 1 chair . The ensuite contained a toilet and washbasin , but with only cold water supply . the shower room contained a toilet , a washbasin again with only a cold water supply , the shower cubicle had a flat floor and a curtain but the shower itself was the old type that ran hot then cold in short spells . The bath mat got soaked when placed outside the shower curtain and the room was constantly damp . No other source of hot water was available in the 2 rooms . Location , price and food all good .
