"Great if you have the right room"

Almost everything

The room my elderly mother had was a typical large bedroom from days gone by with a cabin ensuite added, which changed it to very small, with a step up into the bathroom and a tiny shower, making it unsuitable for her. I swapped with her, as my room was a lot bigger with a large bathroom, but it meant she was in a room with a shower over bath, which she couldn't use.

"Excellent hosts and breakfast and close to town"

It was a beautiful building inside and out. Decor to a high standard. Lots of lovely art around for you to admire. Steve and Mark were fantastic hosts. Breakfast was excellent with different things to choose from each morning. Room was clean and tidy and good size. Lovely 10 minute stroll into the town. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

"Great stay would happily visit again should we come back to Brixham"

Location and ease of parking attracted us and did not let us down. Owner very attentive and ready to give advice on local area

The only family room was on the second floor so stairs are the only negative thing I can think of
