Great location!

Breakfast very good quality & speedy service, well located for local site seeing, bars & restaurants.

Shower, bracket too high for short people, meant I had no choice but to get wet hair in shower, hence I had to wash my hair morning & evening without choice, mirror too high for me to use to blow dry my hair, long mirror to use but no socket near to use hair dryer I don't like to order breakfast evening before Ensuite & shower too snug & shower temperature tepid & slow

My sister and I thought our room was spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, in particular the locally sourced kipper. Redlands has an interesting history and many features to look at.

Steve the host was welcoming and very helpfull with places to go and see. The room was clean, spacious and comfortabke. The breakfast was cooked to order and hot and tasty when it arrive at our table. Very good value and enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We liked the location, being able to park at the B&B, our hosts were most welcoming and our room was excellent. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice. Steve gave us lots of information as to what we could do during our stay.

There was nothing to dislike. It would be our first choice to go back again.
