Commentary breakfast and really clean

The room had no microwave or coffee maker. The breakfast was inadequate. No hot food, no microwave, ran out of food, nobody really in charge to monitor it. Easy to hear people in other rooms. Bed was comfortable, shower worked well, room was clean and staff was professional.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a huge let down and parking was not easy.

Our room wasn't ready by the time we got there and we had to wait an additional hour for them to provide us a 3rd floor. Housekeeping never came in the 3 days we were there. The staff could have a little more patience and friendly as it was just as inconvenient to us (we have 2 toddlers). I really had high expectations for this place because of the location. The only thing great was the kind guests we ran into and the parking availability.

Overall a good hotel.

This is our second times for this hotel, are King Suite this time is #201 , the room is clean and has all amenities, the front desk ladies in the evening are very friendly ( July 4-5, 2025 ) and also morning shift ( July 5 )... I went down stairs and asked for 2 new towels and toilet paper from Annie ..she's very polite and we would like to thank you for all front desk staff as well.

The stay and room where good, but the pool area seems to need maitenance and also the elevator got stuck a couple of times. Bt other than that the stay was good.
