"Don’t upgrade your room for amenities that aren’t offered"

Staff were friendly and it was clean

Hotel listing was not accurate. I upgraded to a room that offered a walk in shower, there was a shower above the bathtub but no walk in at all. It is frustrating I’m getting asked for photos now when I’ve long since moved on

"I was good but there's room for improvement"

"The good news at Holiday Inn Express"

The front desk people, Rita and Kyle and two others were excellent. The morning breakfast cooks and the young woman checking your ticket. They were excellent. My room is clean and it was quiet.
