The dining area was too cramped and the kitchen/bus staff was not equipped to handle Saturday and Sunday dining room occupancy. The rooms were fine and housekeeping good.

everything was outdated. whether it’s a common rooms or inside the rooms, lights flickered a lot. small pillows for kind bed, not what i expected and when i compare to the marriott hotel i stayed at the night before, this was not comparable at all. would not stay at a holiday inn again, staff were really nice just unfortunate they work at this hotel.

Staff had excellent customer service. Property was convenient to Taoyuan airport (about 20 minutes) and breakfast was decent and more than ample. Would stay here again.
