El personal muy amable

El hotel esta bien, las habitaciones confortables y hay un buen descanso. El único punto es que sale uno a trabajar y cuando uno regresa siempre encuentra el aire acondicionado a 26 grados, por lo que la habitación esta calurosa y demora unos 15-20 minutos en lo que la habitación queda confortable El restaurante muy limitado en su menú, si la estancia es corta esta bien, pero para estancias largas es demasiado limitado. En el restaurante por las mañana no prenden el aire acondicionado y hay calor, no entiendo el porque no lo pongan a trabajar para dar mayor confort a los huéspedes

Muy limpio, camas muy cómodas, por presión de a tarifa que me cobraron deberían de incluir desayuno, de ahí en fuera todo excelente

Para ser un courtyard maso menos no muy bien

This was the second time we have stayed at this property, and will probably be the last. There is a lack of organization and cleanness. Our reservation specified three guests, and we were told that the standard number of towels was for two guests. The experience we had was as we were staying at a new facility where things are still being figured out. There seems to be a lack of understanding of the change of command, and some employees appear to make their own policies on the fly.

Over all everything was excellent just that the hotel looks like it could use maintenance outdoors, the room was perfect.

Le falta mantenimiento al área de alberca.
