Love the room and service

Alarms went off all night and housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8 AM this morning.

Property renovation going apart from that rooms are clean and good breakfast

Although there are repairs being made to the outside entrance, it did not impact our stay. Staff was kind to disgruntled weary traveler.

Lack of parking for rental moving truck. Mediocre breakfast.

Despite the construction going on that left pieces of debris all along the front entrance the stay was pleasant.

Breakfast food was properly prepared and tasty. Dining area was clean and well stocked.

The carts available for moving luggage, etc to/from the room were terrible. They had no place for hang ups, and the requirement to continually hold down the bar on the handle made it impossible to simultaneously open the door and push the cart into the room. Almost a game changer.

The breakfast was great. The room was great.

The construction was noisy and an eye sore.

We previously stayed in Russellville at another hotel and loved it. This one had high reviews and looked nice so we decided to stay here for a 3 day weekend. When we got there, most of the building outside was under construction- and I mean concrete ripped up, the La Quinta sign was missing and caution tape at the front door. We stll decided to stay since they were friendly. The room had the smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling above our bed with the ground wire missing. The hotel is pet friendly, which we don't normally have issues with but there was a small dog next door that consistently barked throughout the night and entire next day as though it was left alone. The dog poop smell was apparent and at one point we watched a woman check in with two obvious dogs and 5 dog carriers. I'm sorry but this is a recipe for disaster. We ended up leaving a day early since we couldnt take the barking any longer. We will not be staying here in the future.
