Weekend parking is limited. Kind of walkable to convention area and stadiums

The area felt a bit unsafe but the hotel itself was safe and very comfortable. The front desk lady was so nice and I enjoyed my stay very much

Very good hospitality by the staff, very clean place, highly recommended for those who have a quick trip to Phoenix downtown as it is well connected to all routes and the airport.

The room was clean and neat. The front desk was efficient and kind. For the price, this stay was better than expected. If someone is looking to experience downtown Phoenix, this hotel is right there.

Kinda sketchy neighborhood but for price it was ok.

First gave me a room that was already occupied. Then had to wait for another room Entire place smelled of cigarettes. Very dirty and nosy!

I needed a cheap place to sleep and that's all I got. Marijuana smells in the hallways urine smell in the bathroom. No kind of lobby. No kind of service. Overall I would give it 2.5 stars. At least the sheets appeared to be clean.

The experience wasn't that great. Lots of vagrants and homeless in the area.
